This is a cap table, not a theory: everyone on this map is paying Donald Trump, being paid by Donald Trump, laundering one into the other, or exporting the deal to the next country. The loop is closed. Venture billionaires fund his campaign, his government writes their companies the contracts, and the contract revenue funds the next campaign. This is not corruption hiding in the dark. It is corruption holding a press conference.
1 · The defense loop
Thiel, Andreessen and Luckey co-own the same weapons company. Anduril collects $2.9B to build submarine parts and $1.9B for command software under Trump, while Trump personally goes to Baltimore to read the press release. The revenue then funds the next round of donations. It is not a market. It is a faucet, and they installed the valve. In October 2026 the Pentagon tapped Musk, Luckey and Newt Gingrich to co-lead Project Meridian, a study of future warfare, days before Anduril won a $2.9B Navy submarine contract. The Defense Department's chief technology officer called the overlap exactly what the military needs.
2 · Murdoch sells the customer, Trump is the product
Fox paid $787.5M to settle Dominion's defamation case, and Murdoch testified under oath that he knew the 2020 election was fair while his hosts said otherwise. The memo in evidence: we don't want to antagonize Trump further. The network is not his propaganda arm. It is his HR department: Hegseth, Bongino, Gorka, Huckabee all left the TV set for the government paycheck.
3 · JFK is the currency, Trump is the bank
Sixty years of unanswered questions about the Kennedy assassination are the longest-running bestseller in American conspiracy culture. Trump monetized it with one signature: EO 14176, ordering full release of the JFK, RFK and MLK files. RFK Jr. thanked him publicly and took HHS. After the Butler rally fist photo, the imagery wrote itself, and the campaign logged its best small-dollar day. Dead president as loyalty program.
4 · The going rate: clubs, the son-in-law, annexation
Rybolovlev's $95M is the only dollar ever documented coming out of Russia into Trump's pocket, and it landed in 2008 before anyone was watching. Saudi money runs down two pipes: LIV Golf pays the clubs and the sovereign fund pays the son-in-law, and the fund's own screening panel said no before MBS overruled it. Adelson's $106M came with a price, a public endorsement of Israel's annexation of the West Bank. Her spokesperson denied it on the record. Trump thanked her by name from the Knesset podium anyway.
5 · 18 countries, one megaphone
Musk's first purchase was American: $277M bought a White House. Then he ran the same play abroad, where cheque books have rules and megaphones do not. Britain answered a $100M offer with a donation review, Germany caps his direct gift to AfD at €1,000, so the platform became the contribution: an endorsement, an op-ed whose editor quit, and a livestream the Bundestag is now probing as an illegal party donation. NBC counted the same support in at least 18 countries across six continents. The money stops at the border. The reach does not.
The largest donor of either party in 2024. $40.5M of it paid people to sign a petition; the return was a White House office, hands-off regulation, and contracts still stacking.
The largest donation in British history was tabled at Mar-a-Lago: Farage confirmed the talks, Musk later denied he would send it, and Britain answered by reopening its donation rules.
A Kennedy on the ballot pulled conspiracy voters off the Democrats. Musk bought the off-ramp for $3M and got his White House office anyway.
The largest known bet on one Senate seat. He hired Vance in 2017, introduced him to Trump, and collected a vice presidency for it.
Written the week of the Access Hollywood tape while other donors fled. He got an office in Trump Tower and a shortlist of hires to recommend.
Andreessen voted Hillary in 2016, called Trump's immigration regime sickening, then flipped in a parking lot after one meeting with Biden officials. The a16z orbit has since spent $116M+ on federal politics, 94% of it on Republicans.
The $10K meme donation got him fired from Facebook. Nine years later he is a bundler with billions in Pentagon contracts and Don Jr.'s fund inside his company.
The Pentagon tapped Musk, Luckey and Newt Gingrich to co-lead Project Meridian, a study of future warfare. Both men's companies hold billions in active contracts. The Defense Department's chief technology officer called the mix of academics, former military and industry leaders exactly what is needed.
Trump read the submarine contract from a Baltimore podium himself. Earlier wins: $1B for SOCOM drones, $250M for border sensors. Documented failures changed nothing.
Two rival firms, one weapons maker, both with an ally inside the administration. Thiel and Luckey also co-founded Erebor, a bank for crypto money.
The vice presidency has a cap table. Thiel led the round, Andreessen and the former Google CEO followed, and Ramaswamy is a limited partner.
Thiel's people pushed Musk out of PayPal in 2000. Their firms now fund SpaceX, Neuralink and xAI while all of them campaign for the same president.
A weekend host runs the Pentagon, a former Fox host became deputy FBI director, a two-year contributor owns counterterrorism, and a Fox host got Jerusalem.
Sworn testimony: the election was fair and he could have stopped his hosts. I could have. But I didn't. The lies paid, the fine was a business expense.
Sixty years of withheld files, released for the price of one signature. RFK Jr. thanked him the next day and got HHS. The brand came free.
The fist photo read as instant history. Musk endorsed before the news cycle finished, and the campaign's donation texts went out the same night.
By the company's own disclosure: a $30M no-bid platform for tracking deportations, then a DHS deal setting a $1B no-bid ceiling through 2031.
The Pacific Heights night that made Sacks crypto czar while he kept his crypto holdings under a waiver. He dropped the title in March 2026 after the 130-day limit, and the White House crypto council lost its last staffer in October with no replacement named. The access did not resign.
Palantir's co-founder ran the turnout machine while Palantir's deportation contracts expanded. The company that watches and the PAC that decides who shows up.
Musk made it known he wanted Ramaswamy out, and after 69 days he was gone. He kept his LP stake in Vance's fund and went to run Ohio instead, where his side has spent over $120M on an ad built around his opponent's estranged mother calling her a liar.
A federal judge found the Office of Personnel Management broke the law handing Musk's DOGE access to sensitive government data. DOGE bragged about $215B in savings, and the GAO found the receipts wrong or missing.
PIF spent more than $5 billion on LIV since 2022 and said on April 30 that it no longer fit the fund's strategy. The board approved the cutoff on Feb 13. LIV filed Chapter 11 on Sept 8. Court filings then showed executives were paid millions while vendors went unpaid: CEO Scott O'Neil got $6.375M in retention on June 24 and another $2.7M bonus in February; Greg Norman was paid $9.4M to leave in September 2025; Jon Rahm was owed $7.5M. The league listed $100M to $500M in assets against $500M to $1B in liabilities. Trump read the LIV empire press release from a podium the same month.
Third largest donor of 2024. The price was a public endorsement of Israel's West Bank annexation; her spokesperson denied it on the record, and Trump thanked her by name from the Knesset podium anyway.
LIV Golf is 93% owned by MBS's sovereign fund, a federal judge called that fund the moving force behind the tour, and court filings put about $800K from one Bedminster weekend into Trump's pocket.
The Saudi fund's own panel objected to handing a rookie firm $2B. MBS's board overruled it, and the Senate later found $157M in fees taken, $87M from Saudi Arabia, with zero profit returned.
A Russian fertilizer billionaire bought the Palm Beach estate through a shell company four years after Trump paid $41.35M for it, and Wyden later asked Treasury for the paper trail.
The fixer billed $20K a day to overturn the election and got travel money instead. Save America later covered $340K of his legal debt, then a $148M judgment emptied him anyway.
A federal judge found Giuliani in contempt Oct 23 for refusing to turn over evidence to the Georgia election workers. His trial is now over whether his Florida condo and three World Series rings go to Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss, the women he ruined.
Figures from FEC filings, court records in Dominion v. Fox, SEC and DOJ complaints, Pentagon contract announcements and contemporaneous reporting (NYT, CBS, AP, Reuters, Fortune, Guardian, LA Times, Bloomberg, Politico, plus Senate Finance records, CNN, ABC, PBS, Al Jazeera, Forbes, CNBC and the Times of Israel). The dashed red lines are the dirt with no wire transfer attached: flight logs, emails, invitations, dinners, meetings. Nobody ever issued an invoice for any of it, and that is exactly the point. Compiled October 2026, refreshed every time the filings move.
